Director of ‘Gaali’ and ‘Rain Coat’ has considerably changed in his contents for his third film. He has given the olden days and present style of love in ‘Mathu Kathe’. Krishna Kumar, Gauthami play lead roles. There is another pair that takes up the love angle. When ‘Gaali’ was made director Lucky was only with double meaning dialogues trainer. That has forced him to write script for a film and that was Gaali. In his second venture he changed route as the taste of audience was different for his first film. In his third film he has decided to give both ancient and current love angle. It is only in current love angle there is double meaning dialogue he accepts. Censor has given mute for 32 seconds dialogue.

For giving the love of olden days, director Lucky has placed the pair in two different places where the communication system is only through letters.

Krishnakumar makes his first appearance. He is satisfied with the subject of director Lucky. The film is convincing to masses he says. He plays assistant director hoping to become a director. Gauthami of TV serial and big screen is female lead.

Poster designer Ravi, co producer of the film Ramesh were present at the pre release media briefing. Actress Gauthami was busy for her final year engineering examination.

The censor has already given U/A certificate. Harsha is hero brother and Rachana is one in love with technology love. Lucky has written four songs and Satish Babu composed songs.
